Large women's (not unisex) shoes for office

Can anyone help? I'm looking for size 43 shoes suitable for a casual office. Trainers would be ok so long as they are one solid colour, with no obvious over the toe sole, I think.

Nothing like converse/vans. I need a bit of support as I've weird feet but also need to be able to run for a train in them.

There always used to be a small selection of large women's shoes. Now they seem to label all the men's shoes as unisex and there are loads to trawl through. The ones I've tried are invariably too wide and obviously cut for men's feet/heels/ankles.

No shop near me stocks women's shoes in my size, and will only order in if I agree to buy the shoe.

Clarks or Ecco both do women's shoes in that size

I get most of my size 43 shoes from Next or New Look. Not the highest quality but they’re pretty good on the whole.

@BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz do you have these? do you agree with the people saying to size up or those saying they're fine in your normal size?

No I don't have them.
