5 foot 3 and a half with menopausal tummy - Please style me!

I need to buy new clothes as I've grown out of my old ones. I'm a definite size 14 on the bottom half but on the top half I'm either a 12 or a 14. I need the 14 for my boobs in blouses but if I buy t shirts or fitted tops in a 12 the shoulders are too big.

I don't want to hide my boobs but I don't want gaping buttons. I have a nice waist and so prefer slightly fitted tops that cinch me in but all my fat has redistributed onto my tummy which I hate.

Things I currently own and love

Fat Face 5 pocket jeggings
All Saints black leather jacket
Fat face 3/4 sleeve v neck top (now discontinued)
Black mango trousers
A couple of Seasalt dresses (Riviera shorter length style)

Things I used to love but don't fit any more

Laura Ashley and Debenhams floaty dresses that zip up the side
Black trousers
Fitted skirts that flare at the bottom
Floaty tops

HELP!

My suggestion would be try dresses that shape around the boobs and gather with a high waist just below the boob. I think the style would be called ‘empire line’ in the olden days but wouldn’t be called that now. I have menopausal tummy and that style can hide it. Also jersey stretch material is more forgiving that non stretchy fabrics.
