Tropical holiday classic look

So, we have a tropical holiday planned at a lovely resort. I need to do some shopping!

My day to day is probably Ralph Lauren meets farm hand.

I’m quite a tomboy so not sure floaty summer dresses will work so I need ideas for a stylish wardrobe but without just going to Ralph Lauren and spending a fortune!

WTF can I wear?

Been to many tropical places and resorts and it really does depend on where you are and what kind of place it is.

Some I have been to were very laid back flip flops were the only shoes if anybody wore any shoes quite casual allowed shorts in the restaurant and so on, others were full dress up for dinner and all matchy around the pool even full on jewellery co-ord bag shoes just for a walk along the beach.
