How would I find these style trousers?

I have something in my head that I want, but can’t find. Imagine the waistband is like yoga pants or harem pants and rolls down but the trousers are long and flowing down to the ground, so that it looks like a skirt. I’d love to find this item, but my searches are coming up blank, if anyone can help I’d be most grateful.

I've just bought some fisherman trousers from a site called Kiraku clothing and they are AMAZING. I actually saw the company randomly recommended on here on a thread, and the quality is just exactly what I was after. I got two of their Japanese style shirts too, the fabric is very good. I'm going back for their Japanese tie waist jeans now! They definitely have those wide legged trousers that you're looking for, with the sort of maxi skirt effect. They look wonderful!
