How to grow hair

Any advice very greatly appreciate. My hair always seems to grow to shoulder length and then stop. Does anyone have any tips or advice to growing it? Ideally I'd like it bra strap length

Massage your scalp with oil olive or coconut is fine at least once a week the night before washing. Also eat more seeds, lentils and nuts. That's the advice usually given to indian women.

Genetics play a huge part in hair growth. Are you eating well? There's no magic product that can make hair grow longer, but healthy food (and sunshine) help.

which biotin do you take?

I also take biotin. Oil the ends, don't use heated appliances, protective hairstyle like a plait whenever possible. My hair is below waist length.
