Wedding guest summer dress with long sleeves

I’m looking for a dress to wear to a summer wedding. There are lots of nice options but they all have short sleeves/sleeveless. I get cold arms ridiculously easily! I could just wear a cardigan, which is what I normally do, but I think a long sleeved dress would look smarter, as cardigans can look quite casual.

I’m a size 10, fairly tall. Budget up to £100. Places I’ve looked so far have been Other Stories, Oliver Bonas, M&S, John Lewis. I’d prefer it to be non-synthetic if possible.

You’re right actually - I hadn’t noticed it before, but there’s definitely a dearth of long sleeved dresses at that price point.

I had a look at Cos - there you’d be better off with a jumpsuit. Massimo Dutti has almost nothing formal enough for a wedding. Green dress below. At Zara - really I’d suggest a summery coloured blazer / trouser suit. Pink below.

There was a thread on here a few days ago about dresses for a Muslim wedding and there were lots of beautiful suggestions which all had long sleeves if you have a scroll back.

I got this from Asos for july wedding last year, I think they do an above-knee version too. It was really light and looked lovely on! So comfortable too

There are lots on the Next website with lots of brands - just filter occasion dresses with long sleeves. The non-synthetic bit might be trickier! But I like these two

How about Thought? They mostly use natural fabrics, I think. Lots in your budget on there, with long sleeves. Obvs depends on the formality of the wedding and your personal style though.

I think you'll struggle to find a formal, long sleeved dress in natural materials for a budget of £100. There's lots of brands which can do the formal, long sleeves in natural materials but not at that price.
