Menopausal ladies step this way please - Question about estradiol tablets

I am on Evorel Patches and Utrogestan. Just been prescribed Estradiol tablets. I am not keen on the idea of the applicator being inserted, and then me having to wash it etc and reuse it. Do any of you simply use your finger to insert it? Is it best to do it at night?

What are the benefits that you noticed from taking Estradiol and how long did it take for you to notice?

I hate the applicator too, so following this thread.

It may be a good idea to ask to get this moved to the menopause section as you should get more replies there.
