What comfy shoes with this dress?

I have this dress. I’m a bit shorter than the model, the dress is longer on me. I’m a similar build if that’s relevant. I actually bought it for a wedding and plan to wear a similar shoe to the model at that event, but I’ve decided to wear it to a more casual (but a bit posh)outdoor event on Sunday.

I’ll be on my feet for a long time and I would normally wear a trainer type of shoe as I’m an unashamed fan of the dress with trainer look. However, I only have white trainers and they look a bit too stark.

I'm rubbish at footwear but just had to say that it's a fabulous dress!

I’ve just update my dress/ trainer look with flatform style rose gold trainers from Hush. Comfy and a bit different.

Some kind of flat but brightly coloured sandals? One of the colours in the dress such as yellow?

I think that dress is gorgeous, but I would have to wear some sort of non-trainer shoe with it to allow it to shine to its full beauty! I really don't think trainers would hack it. Bare feet or even flat sandals would be better, though high heels the best (not that I can wear them myself!)!
