Anyone know how to do this? Ordered a batch. Want to return a couple. Website unclear. No answer to emails.

I did that last week and have heard nothing.
It does rather seem like they're not keen

Third email in a week sent, no reply. And hopeless message back via Instagram. Just tell me how to return!! I don't understand why their website doesn't simply have the functionality
