I wanna cry at my skin

I need help.
I get married in 2 weeks and my skin is getting redder and spottier by the day. I do the same thing I've done for nearly 3 months now and it's all of a sudden started to hate me. It's going down my neck. Tiny white spots out of no where...

I use skin&me and feel like I should stop to see what happens... But worried stopping will make it worse.

My confidence is low.
I feel ugly.

Help!

Stop everything including SPF. Wait and see if it improves. Take an antihistamine in case you have an allergy to an ingredient in it.

stop everything and get some avene cicalfate - magic stuff!

Could it possibly be rosacea? Perhaps see the dr?

Stay out of the sun (wear a hat when you go out) just in case as it can trigger it.

Shall I just wash my face with water? I don't wear make up so it's just daily oil.

Tepid water and a soft wash cloth nothing else for a few days and then see if things improve. Then introduce something very bland like E45 cream or CeraVe. When you say white spots are they milia? If they are it suggests what you are using is far to heavy for your skin.

I’d contact Skin + Me and ask them if there’s been a change of ingredient in any of the products you use.

You could wash with something like Avene Extremely Gentle Cleanser

I've bought this twice for my DD (it's about £7-8 off Amazon) she was getting extremely red painful areas round her mouth and eyes over winter especially .
This has oat plus peppermint amongst many other soothing ingredients .

DD loves it , really calmed these areas .

Have you tried contacting skin & me? As part of your membership you have access to their dermatologists and I've always found them really helpful if I have an issue they are happy to look at an updated photo of your skin and give advice, or reformulate. Worth a go!

Otherwise could it be some sort of allergy? I'd try an antihistamine and see if it had any effect or perhaps put an (unidentifiable) picture up of what's going on with your skin in case anyone on here can help.

I feel you though OP, it's wearing and frustrating at the best of times and must be very much more so with a wedding approaching.
