Has anyone tried those stick on bra patches?

The stick on bra patches, shaped like a sort of teardrop that supposedly stick on and support you all day. I have decently sized norks, not huge but big enough that bra free is not an option, but I hate wearing a bra because I hate the straps - particularly in summer time.

I'd rather hear from anyone who has tried them before potentially wasting money on a dud product.

Waste of money! IMO- if you need even the hint of support- you are too large for those ridiculous stick on things.

Maybe they have improved over the years, but when I tried them- I was a B/C cup back then. They either peeled off in sections, provided no support or just didn't contain the breast and resulted in a splurge of breast hanging out either side and visible under clothes!

If you hate the straps, what about a basque type where the support comes from the bodice?

Agree with @CC4712 . If you actually need to wear a bra then they're not for you!

DD tried them for her prom dress. She’s A cup, could go braless in principle but wanted some support and nipples covered. These things are absolutely useless. And they are impossible to stick smoothly.

They are awful

I got a semi decent strapless bra from Primark recently

Ok - so glad I asked 😂

Will steer clear. How sad.

Have you tried lilybras.com they have front opening bras with wide stretchy straps and a full back that holds in side boob really well. No underwrites but good support. They are very comfortable. I bought the buy 1 get 3 offer and so pleased with them I'm buying 3 more.

itsrainin · 19/05/2023 02:55

I’ve used them without issue but I have small boobs that don’t really need the support. I probably could have just worn nipple covers too.

JandalsAlways · 19/05/2023 02:58

I wore them once with a strapless dress, better than nothing but not great. Also they were more like cups not just tear drops. Also very hard to get off as I recall!

Thanks - I'll have a look at lily bras!

I wear a bra size 36C and boob tape works perfectly for me. Smile

RunningUpThatBuilding · 19/05/2023 07:05

Waste of money for me too!

I think if you have small boobs they might be okay though.

friskybivalves · 19/05/2023 07:32

Oh - I disagree! I have a tiny back but massive norks. DDs or Es. I have used Braza stick ons and they were great. I mean - strapless isn't my go to style because of obvious gravity issues 😞... But they really do the job. Just have to make sure that you anchor each boob at the same height or you do look a bit lopsided!

AllIeveknewonlyou · 19/05/2023 09:11

They worked for me but I'm only C cup, narrow back.

Back21970 · 19/05/2023 10:23

I tried them years ago when I was a C/D cup, they do tend to slip down a bit after a few hours but better than nothing and worth a go for a special occasion.
