Just that really. What’s your go-to shoe for every day at the moment?

On the cusp of the change between "Trainer Season" and "Sandal Season". 😎Boots have been banished until autumn.

I'm trying not to buy much at the moment, so wearing last year's. Veja/Adidas Campus/Puma Suede trainers, and various sandals, mainly M&S or Clarke's.

CC222 · 18/05/2023 15:44

Slippers 😂

MuddaUdders · 18/05/2023 16:17

I'm living in comfy trainers these days! Stan smiths if the weather is relatively nice. If the weather is questionable, it'll be a pair of waterproof Adidas trainers with bouncy ultraboost grippy soles Grin

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/05/2023 16:28

Work - pointed flat sling backs from Clarks

Play - NB 327s which I’m feeling a bit over
Hoping for sandal weather

Aethelthryth · 18/05/2023 16:30

Clarks flatform wallabees

Eurodiva · 18/05/2023 16:33

Sketchers trainers every day
Fly sandals if I want to look smart !

WinchSparkle80 · 18/05/2023 16:35

Birkenstocks or Converse, probably tragically uncool but no fucks given… both are so comfy!

Dontsayyouloveme · 18/05/2023 16:38

Loafers, Vejas, converse or , Birkenstocks

MintJulia · 18/05/2023 16:46

Suede ballet flats in black or pale blue or pink. Comfy, light after a winter of boots, and I can run for a train in them 🙂

FreddiesTeeth · 18/05/2023 16:51

Lace up black boots still.
I may take my black thermal tights off next week🤔

HappiDaze · 18/05/2023 16:52

Trainers and Birkies

cocksstrideintheevening · 18/05/2023 16:53

Clarks wallaby's
Nike dunks
Trusty havianas on days like today where it's just about warm
Enough in the day

HappiDaze · 18/05/2023 16:53

Work shoes too but they're just various black flats. I've stopped wearing boots

PuppyMonkey · 18/05/2023 16:54

I’ve officially decided that I don’t really like wearing trainers as I don’t like how they feel on me, so I’m bloody buggered.

I’m okay with sandals sometimes but only in proper hot weather not this in-between weather. What’s the solution to a lighter casual shoe if you don’t do trainers and Converse etc?Confused

mondaytosunday · 18/05/2023 16:59

Varca sandals. Quite covered in the front but just a strap at the back. Flat as a pancake and very comfortable.

Atishoos · 18/05/2023 17:08

Trainers for day to day and a selection of flattish full cover espadrilles for outies with wide leg trousers. Toms are good. Not a dress wearer unless it's a wedding. Then out come my mid heel silver block heel easy to wear strappies (New Look). Have to dress to match the shoes! I'm retired now so don't give much of a shit TBH.

HappiDaze · 18/05/2023 17:08

@PuppyMonkey Toms ?

CampervanKween · 18/05/2023 17:12

Trainers and birkenstocks.

Niftythrifter · 18/05/2023 17:30

Converse and Converse like shoes

PuppyMonkey · 18/05/2023 17:31

Not really sure about Toms colours etc… thanks for suggestion.

What I want really is some sort of casual slip on loafer type thing, in light material, not sure if leather too hot. But not espadrilles. Argh.

GinBlossom94 · 18/05/2023 17:39

Trainers or leather Ugg boots (not the sloppy slipper type)

PieMashLiquor · 18/05/2023 17:49

I am a sad sheep with my new balance 327's.

baaaaaaaaaa

LoobyDop · 18/05/2023 17:52

White leather converse for work. Bright pink high top converse outside work.

Pandorapitstop · 18/05/2023 17:54

Crocs this afternoon, for dog walking: not worn them for ages, and had forgotten how comfortable they are.
