not make up to cover it but more a method to quicken the healing process

Origins Super Spot Remover. Tiny bottle, stings like hell but definitely speeds things up for me.

nicericey · 17/05/2023 13:54

Sudocreme

Youmeandacupoftea · 17/05/2023 13:54

Acnecide works for me.

GrimDamnFanjo · 17/05/2023 13:58

Those clear sticker things. Remove mine overnight.

ToBeOrNotToBee · 17/05/2023 13:59

Sounds very odd but rub a cut up garlic clove over it before bed. Will clear up overnight.

Benzoyl peroxide cream - buy on eBay

TheOGCCL · 17/05/2023 15:50

Depending on the type of spot

Acnecide gel (benzoyl peroxide)
Aspirin (crushed up and made it to a paste with water)
Hydrocolloid spot patches
Sudocrem

I find some spots actually respond best to being intensely moisturised.

Gymnopedie · 17/05/2023 16:18

By coincidence this popped up on my feed this morning.

Frosty1000 · 17/05/2023 18:22

My go to is Clinique anti blemish solutions gel. Or toothpaste 🤣

moretea · 17/05/2023 18:39

Acnecide seems to help but is drying & bleached fabric. For isolated spots Holika Holika AC MILD Yellow Spot Patches are very good

SisterAgatha · 17/05/2023 18:40

Bite and sting cream. Thank me later!

ElmTree22 · 17/05/2023 18:45

Youmeandacupoftea · 17/05/2023 13:54

Acnecide works for me.

I second this

Girlattheback · 17/05/2023 18:57

Another vote for acnecide.

PollyIndia · 17/05/2023 19:20

Another for acnecide. I get lots of spots on my chin when my period due, and it’s the only thing I’ve used that stops them developing and clears them up quickly

Unicorntearsofgin · 17/05/2023 19:24

Savlon

TheFormidableMrsC · 17/05/2023 20:16

Sudocrem. Magic stuff.

Bluemuf · 17/05/2023 20:17

Sudocrem is very effective in the odd spot for me

Northbright · 17/05/2023 20:19

Quinoderm. Nothing better. Or salicylic acid (any will do...creightons on amazon do a very cheap one)

Bovrilla · 17/05/2023 20:23

I can't use Benzoyl Peroxide as it is way too harsh on my skin

Either spot patches or this stuff works a treat too.

Only on "surface" type spots. If it's a deep down cyst type one, nothing touches those 🙄

Wilkos skin therapy teatree? white and green tube spot gel Was the best product (and I've thrown real money at this) but it hasn't been in my local shop since they redesigned the skin therapy rand branding.

foodtoorder · 17/05/2023 21:23

Cerave anti blemish wash and a niacinamide with zinc serum.

LightlySearedontheRealityGrill · 17/05/2023 22:46

Differin Adapalene Gel very good for healing even cystic acne.

theDudesmummy · 17/05/2023 22:49

Tea tree oil

Ineedtorunaway · 23/05/2023 19:47

Only thing that works for me is sudacream

Rainyday35 · 23/05/2023 21:18

Second the Clinique anti blemish solutions gel
