What to wear for a casual kind of date thing???

30+ years, not dated for 12+ years.
Evening meet up for drinks thing.

I don't have a clue what to wrear I don't want to look like I have overdone it if he turns up in jeans and a t shirt, but don't want to look too grotty, frumpy, or like I have nothing to wear.

No dress - Black trousers (black jeans if you have/pub allows it) and a long sleeeved top. Nothing too revealing (it is Febrary) and some nice jewellery.

Thanks Ihave some nice jewellery sets that will go with black jeans and top. I think its best to go a bit casual I don't want him to think his luck is in .

I wore dark jeans, heels, and a nice top when I went on my first date with my new dp.

I am not good in heels, but might wear my heeled boots, I can't remember how tall he is, I think he is not vertically challenged so it shouldn't a problem.
