Tummy holding in pants, heavy duty recommendations please

I have what I believe what is called a “mothers apron” and its getting me down. I have two children. I like to wear high waist jeans but the bulgy crotch area makes me conscious.

Can anyone recommend some every day tummy holding in pants that actually work? or shapewear.

Ive tried two different pairs from m&s and they dont really work.

I have a pair from Primark that are bomb proof but they are a few years old.

Following this for a wedding in a few weeks. Diastasis recti makes me look like a toddler with a huge belly, or like I am still 6 months pregnant. Really don't want strangers to come up to me and congratulate me on my pregnancy.

Following for the same reasons! I am also quite short so the ones I tried previously didn’t sit at the right place and were very uncomfortable

I wore a Skims bodysuit thingy for a wedding recently and loved it. Super comfortable yet kept everything looking smooth. Was pricey but id pay it again.

I'm finding Sloggi max control pants work quite well.

@MistyFrequencies did you find it make you a bit hot? I get sweaty quite easily so wondering if that would be suitable under a dress for a long wedding day in June.

@BlanketsCot It was about 20 degrees the day I wore it, and I would sweat easy enough usually but was fine in this. Really light but held everything in. And im fat, size 20-22ish.
