What headwear with this outfit.

Hello. I have got a wedding in a few weeks and am wearing the below dress and shoes. I would like to get some sort of jewelled/embellished headband to wear instead of a fascinator. I will also be wearing the same outfit to a ladies day event where headwear is expected. I am not sure what sort of colour to go for....yellow/black/gold? Or contrast it so red etc. I will be wearing a red lip.

Appreciate some ideas please that won't make me look like a Tudor queen 😆
