Getting rid of facial hair

I'm fair skinned but have a few rogue dark hairs on my upper lip and want to get rid.

Do I pluck?? What's the best way to remove it?

I bleach. Less painful, no regrowth issues.

Laser treatment works well on fair skin and dark hair.

I had about 8 laser treatments on upper lip and now get it done twice a year. Wish I’d done it sooner (after years of waxing and bleaching in between waxing).

Phillips Lumea is the only thing that's worked for me. Thick dark hairs that have plagued me for years have gone forever. Expensive but oh so worth it.
