My DSIL has invited me to go to a nice hotel/spa place with her for the day whilst DB and DH do a job at my house. I am autistic and not good with noise, mess and change. DPs are taking my young DCs for the day. DSIL and DB are very wealthy and she offered to book and pay for the treatments as I am at the end part of ML and even more broke than normal. Due to sensory stuff I only like a manicure, without colour, as I like hand massage and scrub and heated things. Anyway, the reservation comes through and DSIL has booked me the top of line manicure - £75, which is lovely of her and the parafin thingy as an add on for £15. AIBU to think that this place is taking advantage? It is a nice place but not in a city.
