Substitute for Boots Stay Perfect Super Light Foundation?

I very rarely use foundation, but when I do, I use Boots Super Light which has now been discontinued. The sales lady gave me a Boots BB cream instead, but it feels too heavy. Also I am Asian, and it's quite hard to find the right colour.

Any suggestions for a substitute in the same price range? I am 51, so anything too heavy just looks overdone.

When I finish my Super Light I plan to ask for a sample of the regular Stay Perfect and try two different approaches. (1) mixing it with moisturiser to see what happens, (2) applying the foundation as it is but using with a damp sponge.

If either of them work I'll buy it.
