Find me a formal dress long sleeve midi?

Im going to a ball. I can't wear maxi as it always drowns me. I'm a size 8 I would prefer long sleeved or at least short sleeved as I hate my upper arms. I have a flat tummy. Can anyone recommend a dress? I'm 30 years old and I'd say I dress youngish.

Any particular colours or budget?
