Wide fit non fugly ankle boots

My feet have become overweight (along with the rest of me!). I was always a size 8 in shoes and my trainers and uggs (which yes i know are out now but i still like them) in that size still fit so figure I need a wide fit. But I can't find anything nice. I need some navy or tan ankle boots to go with an outfit for an event and have googled everywhere I can think of. What there is, is so ugly and clumpy. Can anyone help? TIA.

M n S do a nice ankle boot in a wide fit every winter but I’m not sure you will get them now. Have a look at Evans’ website

Yeah I know its also the wrong time of year really. Also should have specified I'm looking for something with a low heel.

I've had some Dorothy Perkins wide fit boots and they're so comfy - think I paid £12 a pair for Chelsea boots last year, worn them daily and they still look new.

The Charles clinkard ones would have been perfect but unfortunately not available in my size 😞the Amazon ones aren’t bad but would prefer a lower heel.

I have the same size feet as you and I rate fly London. These are the wrong colour for you but I have them and they are comfy and I don’t find them fugly. Amazon warehouse does some good bargains.
