What shoes and accessories with this dress?

How would you accessorise this dress for an evening do?

What show style and colour would you go for? (I'm not keen on open toed shoes).

I think everyone has such different style it’s really hard to advise! Personally I think both those pairs of shoes are the wrong shape and too fussy. I think as the dress is so floaty and light I would go with something the opposite footwear wise - probably a shocking pink pair of pointy high heels or silver strappy sandals. But someone else would think those choices would be awful!

I would go with peacock colours! I love a contrast that compliments well x

Sadly I don't think I can safely manage a high stiletto these days, especially the first one

I'm up for heels in principle but I haven't actually worn any since before lockdown, I'm massively fat these days and I'll likely be tipsy.
