Hair cut for thin hair

I'm going for a trim and tidy up tomorrow, what kind of cut is best for thin hair? Very blunt ends or chopped into?

Tia!

Watching with interest. My hair is very fine and poker straight.

Mine is a frizzy mess without a lot of intervention 🙄

Depends on length but this kind of effect looks good

A wolf can look good?
My hair is fine and straight and the wolf gives it lots of shape and body

I've just googled 'wolf cut' and can't quite tell what it is supposed to be exactly, from those pictures.

I also have very thin hair. It is in a very blunt boring cut at the moment. I'm not an expert but I would hazard a guess that any cut that involves a fringe would not be good. You won't have a nice thick fringe like the models and it will take volume away from the main bit of hair. I'd love to see picture of models who actually have thin hair to see what it looks like.

I have fine flat hair and had hair cut at the weekend. I went from long hair to a blunt cut collar length, but with the scissors facing up - not like chopped right into but just snipped upwards with the scissor tips.

Looks a lot thicker and takes me half the time. No regrets! (I do curl my hair with the curling wand as my usual look though. Have not tried it just straight yet!)

She just trimmed off the ends as I said I want to keep length and she cut a blunt fringe back in. I didn't realise until it was too late that I hadn't explained properly, I wanted a bardot type fringe, sloping down/feathered in but now I've got a blunt fringe 😆
