Haven’t watched Queen Charlotte; A Bridgerton Story yet - but I could sing with joy at the gloriously extravagant clothes the new actress has been dressed in for this Times interview.

Not a fan of those clothes, but then they’re not aimed at me, DD would love them but would need to work for year and live on thin air to be able to afford them . They are expensive.

I think she’s a very pretty girl and looks fresh and lovely in the styling. I’m not pretty fresh or lovely but appreciate her being so !

I think Bridgerton did a good job in S2 of using main characters with darker skin, so I it’s a pity here they’ve used a actor who is much lighter skinned than the Queen Charlotte character. I get Bridgerton mixes things up, but still.

Sorry to miss the point of the thread AND be a dampener.

Even looking at side by side photos of the two actresses together, they look really similar to me. She looks washed out in these photos, but not elsewhere.
