At home beauty treatments

I'm spending far too many of my boring at-home evenings slumped on the sofa with a glass of wine. So reckon swapping the wine for vanity sessions will help my health and stave off the booze face that's appearing 😮
Anyone got any at home treatments and products they swear by?

I've started box dying my hair for the first time ever as greys are appearing and it's no longer shiny - any hair mask or oil recommendations?
Teeth whitening, is it still Crest strips that are the best?
Plus anything else that will make me look fresh faced and groomed instead of scruffy and haggard 😁

It is illegal to sell crest strips in the UK because they contain too high a level of hydrogen peroxide. Therefore anyone selling them in the UK or importing to the UK is knowingly breaking the law. Hence a high percentage are fake or past expiry date. Do you really want to put something inside you that has a high chance of being counterfeit?
