What to do with my face wearing contact lenses!?!

I'm just trying out contact lenses and OMG how awful it is to see my face up close.

Such puffy bags under my eyes, which were kind of hidden by my glasses. And a very red nose. Is there anything I can do about the puffiness?

I have an anti-redness cream for with make-up, but I'm not sure there is anything I can use that will actually improve the redness over time so that I eventually don't need it. (I don't normally wear make-up, partly because I'm always blowing my nose - allergies - and it looks even redder against made-up skin that normal skin).

Have you looked into things like dairy free and inflammation free food?

Are the puffy eyes dark bags or just puffy? If dark, YSL Touché Eclat is great.

CeraVe wash and moisturiser for the redness.

Rosalique is good but not if your skin is cool toned ,it'll go yellow.

A dust of Blush Away by Lily Lolo will help tone down the redness.

No, I haven't really looked into diet. Might be worth a shot.

They are mostly puffy really, not so much dark. I'm 50 so I assumed probably just aging, but hoped I could help somehow. I don't normally put much of anything on my face, so not very familiar with products or how to apply them nicely

thanks. I tried the rosalique before to use with make-up, but the colour didn't seem right or to make much difference, and certainly didn't seem to do anything long term - but that might be expecting too much, maybe hiding it is the best I can do!

It made me look like a Simpson 😂

I don't think mine was that bad, but just vaguely green I think!! I suspect I am more warm toned, but I don't really know these things as I wear very little make-up. Classically pale and ruddy/blotchy/red-nosed with dark hair.
