Please help - clothes for family photo shoot

Oh gosh I really need some help! In a couple of weeks we're having a very relaxed, casual family photo shoot. I have absolutely no idea what to wear and I'm desperate! It seemed like such a good idea when I booked it, thinking I'd have loads of time to get myself sorted out, but of course that hasn't worked out.

I'm mid 30s, 5ft 7, size 14. Had a baby in the last year and still feel very out of shape. I carry most my weight on my tummy (no waist to speak of) and have large boobs. My confidence is rock bottom, I feel old and fat and oh so frumpy, have definitely lost my way the last few years in terms of style.

Does anybody have any bright ideas?? So few of my existing clothes even fit these days. I don't love fast fashion but am also on a relatively tight budget. So far the best I've come up with is dark blue skinny jeans and some sort of top, but worried I'm going to end up looking terrible and it'll be a big waste of money. I have so few photos of me with our baby and I'd love just one nice one! Help!!

Many of these shoots ask you to dress in a similar fashion eg jeans and a white shirt. It avoids trends and also focuses more on the people than the clothes.
