Anyone used silver.uk website for jewellery?

Want to treat myself to some new jewellery and am looking for a decent website that isn’t toooo expensive. Came across this one and it looks good however I have seen some bad reviews regarding poor quality and poor customer service.
Anyone here actually used them? Thanks!
