Is this a vinted reseller/scam?

I'm currently selling baby clothes on vinted for £1/2 each. I've had a buyer this morning want to purchase a bundle of nearly all my items heavily discounted. The items have been sitting around for a while so it seems strange. When I look at the buyers profile the picture is not of them, their name is a few letters and numbers and they are selling hundreds of items on their page. Some expensive brands new with tags etc. But they have lots of positive reviews.
I know people will say what does it matter if they resell. But these are really lovely baby clothes in excellent condition and I would like them to go to someone who will use it rather than a business (I'm not too bothered about making money, I eventually take them to charity if they don't sell).

It's not a scam but yes sounds like they're selling on.

But you don't have to sell them to this person? I guess if they want to re-sell that's their choice, once they own the items they can do what they like. Just wait for a different buyer.

Yes I've blocked them now. I just wasn't sure if I was being paranoid and missing out on a sale. But I'd rather hold on to the items for a proper buyer.

Honestly I think you're being a bit silly, especially if you've had them sitting around for a while. But as heather said it's your choice, you can sell or not to whomever you like. Resellers/pro sellers are allowed on Vinted anyway. I mostly sell my own used items for much, much less than I paid for them new, but I occasionally sell things I bought elsewhere (eg charity shops) and then later decided I didn't want any more. I have made quite a high percentage profit on these. But I'm not running a scam, I'm just buying and selling things.

Again though, whatever works for you! If it's fun, then great 😀

There's millions of baby items on Vinted, Id take any sale regardless of what I think they'll do with them.
