Annoying on the long running skincare thread and could link for me?

I'm considering buying a Foreo Bear and I know there was lots of chat about these on the skincare thread. I've searched for ages and can't find it-it must have gone quiet. Could anyone link for me if they are on the thread? Looking forward to some time ploughing through it!

Thank you! I don't ever post on the thread but I love grabbing a coffee every so often and browsing it. You are all so knowledgable!
I've been using a cheap Aldi microcurrent device for about a year and I notice no discernible difference. I did kind of think the technology would be the same so was loathe to spend a fortune on the Foreo however I think I may need to take the plunge.
I'm presuming you don't need to use the app each time you use it? Also can I ask which serum you use with it? I did have the Amazon ultrasound gel to use with the Aldi device but it was a faff putting it on then washing it off each time.

You need to use the app the first time as a demo (and it's weirdly short like 30 seconds and confusing as it goes on and off randomly) but after that it works on its own.

I use the CosRX 96 Snail Mucin pretty much for the reason you say, I don't need to wash it off. I use a couple of pumps and it lasts me a good few months.

I think some are using a Hada Labo toner (I'm guessing the premium thicker one in the gold bottle) but I've never used it myself, that's probably a little bit cheaper. I also keep a thermal water spray around to use during if it's absorbing too quickly.

Thanks so much. I have both the snail mucin and the Hada Labo gold toner so I'll give these a try but think I'll get a water spray too.
Now just need to start saving 😆

Wait for the sales, they go for little then. I think I saw it at 40% off in the Net A Porter sale last time and current body often has it discounted in their sale.

pharmachameleon · 28/04/2023 08:42

Fantastic. There's 20% in current body just now but I'll keep looking around. Thanks.

Botemp where do you get your snail cosrx from? Trying to find a reliable supplier.

botemp · 28/04/2023 08:52

Last time I ordered from Yesstyle but I was putting in a big order, I wouldn't order for a single item there. Is your issue availability (I know it's gone viral on TikTok) or authenticity @Lightninginabox ?

Lightninginabox · 30/04/2023 12:55

More authenticity. But yesstyle also had the spf I wanted so I ordered three of that and one of the spf all for £36 which I thought was good.
