Wedding in Europe in June (not mine - there is a ‘white party’ the day before) what kind of shoes do you think would go? Don’t want to look too much like a gladiator! I’m 5’9 and can’t do tall heels because I’m a clumsy oaf.

I agree. The platform sandals are ugly and far too clompy for the dress.
