But they're oos online & in my local H&M.

Where else might I find some, similarly priced (£12.99) too would be good?!

I'm more at home in black skinnies but don't fit in anything other than my pj's atm & am desperate to get properly dressed 😢

uggmum · 26/04/2023 20:26

I got some from M&S, £29. Nice quality and comfortable

whatfreshheck · 26/04/2023 20:28

I got some lovely yoga trousers from yours.

NowZeusHasLainWithLeda · 26/04/2023 20:46

I've got 4 pairs (2 black and 2 navy) of the M&S wide leg ones above. Much better quality and fit than the ££££ Me & Em ones I binned after a couple of months.

beeskipa · 26/04/2023 20:52

The M&S £17.50 jersey wide legs are my favourite trousers, I have about 4 pairs. Nice material - sturdy enough to not look like pyjamas, soft enough to be comfy.

uggmum · 26/04/2023 20:55

@MallMoo they are the ones I have. They are great aren't they.

lindyloo57 · 26/04/2023 21:51

I brought the £17.50 trousers as above today, I brought short as I'm 5ft2 but I would need to wear a small heel as they are long for a short fitting, the extra short are sold out

strawberryfluff · 26/04/2023 22:10

M&s

Yes! I was always in jeans but they hardly get worn since having those trousers they’re so versatile

So do I. I'm wearing them right now.

Em308 · 26/04/2023 22:57

Following as looking for the same

nancy75 · 26/04/2023 23:00

I also have the 17 quid M&S ones (in wide leg & the slimmer leg ankle ones) I’ve got black Navy & grey in both. They wash well & are comfortable - I wear them to work every day

RampantIvy · 26/04/2023 23:18

And, I also have the £17 ones. The leg lengths are odd. I'm 5'7" and found the medium too long, so bought the short, which shrank in the wash. So I unpicked the hem, so they now look slightly frayed. I only wear them in the house though.

Maraa · 26/04/2023 23:46

I got some from primark for about a tenner I think…. Had them a few years and I wear them without fail every week! So comfy!!

melchim · 27/04/2023 00:48

Do you know how these would look on someone with a bit of a tummy? That's my challenge with pull up trousers rather than jeans which hold things in.

YourSpleenIsDamp · 27/04/2023 01:07

Do the £17 M&S ones have pockets?

No they don’t

They are a really thick jersey with a good solid waistband so I think they'd be fine. (this was my main issue with the Me & Em ones £80 and thin jersey with a bizarre two foot long waistband thing that you had to use either rolled over or not depending on your leg length)

GreenMarigold · 27/04/2023 06:41

With the M&S ones, is the waistband really soft? I am so sensitive around my tummy and really struggle with trousers and jeans.

Also are they true to size or would you size up?

GreenMarigold · 27/04/2023 06:45

Ah cross posted, sounds like the solid waistband won’t suit me.

The search goes on!

NowZeusHasLainWithLeda · 27/04/2023 07:25

Oh it's not solid, it just helps them keep up and keep the shape.
I've just checked mine and (oddly, possibly two different seasons) some of mine have a waistband that's about 2cm deep, the others a bit more. I've added a photo of the less deep one. You can see above the label, that's the inside of the waistband. These are from a couple of years ago though, and might have had a tweak since then.
