I've signed up to next unlimited last year for a year to make the most of free delivery and returns - I found a lot of things weren't as they looked on the website. Turns out now they charge?!!

I think current subscriptions are being honoured. It's not a case of things not being as they seemed, just changed terms for renewals/new sign ups.

It told me I'd be charged but I never used to be. I'm going to have to check with customer services thank you for replying.

I've never been charged . I did see something about charges if you returned everything without buying an item - I'm not sure if that was the unlimited or the normal but I tend to order a lot and keep a couple of things from each order .

I've just had a look and you are correct that it says this on the Ts&Cs but I don't have any charge on my statements .

DustyLee123 · 25/04/2023 21:20

There was an email about it some time ago now.

I bought mine early January before the change, and when I return things, the returns page mentions the charge but I continue and do not have to pay.

lindyloo57 · 25/04/2023 21:24

Is the charge if send things back by post, can you return to store for free

yep you won’t be charged if you took it out last year. Make the most of it for a year then spend your money elsewhere after that.

Mydcchangedmyusername · 25/04/2023 21:57

Oops! Haven't seen this yet and I've just ordered a bunch of stuff in different sizes so I know I'll be returning some via collections as usual. Hope they don't charge because their easy delivery and return system is the main reason I paid and have stayed with them.

Silentbarking · 25/04/2023 22:30

I understood if you paid by paypal you didn’t have to pay for returns but I always got charged. Is it too late to try to claim it back?
