Hair products to help with hair loss

Please can I have recommendations for hair products to help with hair loss. I have noticed my hair has thinned out since the menopause and letting my grey come through, particularly around the temples and hairline.
There are so many products which pop up on Facebook, though I’m always dubious about the reviews and all are quite expensive.

I have been taking Viviscal consistently since October and definitely have noticed I’m losing less hair and I have some new growth.

@Birdy65 How are your iron levels? Iron deficiency has quite an effect on hair loss and subsequent re growth ('corse that will take time to see any results)

I’ve had all bloods done, all good, just shows post menopausal.

Yes to checking your iron levels. I also recommend taking a marine collagen supplement. Make sure it's hydrolysed, as that's better absorbed. I use the Vitabiotics one.

I also use the Pita serum from Champo, which you've no doubt see pop up on your FB. I think it's helped, but I'm not certain. It's not cheap though! I only use it every other day, as every day seems too high maintenance to me. A bottle has lasted me a couple of months.

Have you used the champo shampoo and conditioner with the serum?
