The attached is from Shein which I'd rather not buy from, has anyone seen anything similar?

I've tried all sorts of search terms and reverse image searching but to no avail so far. 🤔

Someone posted that dress in emerald green at Christmas in Style and Beauty. Not sure if it was party or wedding related.

I can’t find the thread but there were many similar options given. Maybe someone else will remember?

They are a cheap Chinese company who steal independent designers designs including the photos, hence the headless model. They then make a cheap knock of which may or may not resemble the picture.

Because they are a chineese company the factory working conditions are the worst of the worst, UK and EU fashion brands have got a lot of stick for this in the past so have had to improve things in their own factories.

Also because they are a Chinese company all the money spent with them is leaving the country. While Primark and supermarkets (to use similar price bracket retailers as examples) also manufacture in China a proportion of the price paid for the item goes to the UK based designers, retail workers, admin staff, store cleaners etc. UK based retailers also pay tax on their profits to the UK government unlike Shein.

Just a few reasons why people choose not to buy from them but I don't judge people who do!
