Turmeric stains out of gel nails!

Enthusiastically tucked into a takeaway this evening! But my gorgeous gel nails are now stained with tumeric!!! Help!!!

Omg I had this exact issue recently! I tried apple cider vinegar but it did fuck all tbh. It did start to fade on its own though. By the time I wanted to trim my nails I remember noticing the turmeric had gone.

I had to get them redone when I did the same thing. Tried all sorts and nothing worked 😕

Milton spray once got a turmeric stain out of my kitchen work top. Not sure if it would work on nails?

Acetone on cotton wool. A quick swipe should take out off without damaging the gel at all.

Also works on stains from sun tan lotion, which is how I found out. The nail guy at our hotel in Turkey does it every few days for me.

Acetone free nail polish remover is worth a try to remove stains on gel nails. Would be worried about using acetone, as that’s what you use to take the nails off and I’d be worried you’d damage your manicure!

Worried me before I tried it too! But then I considered how long I had to soak them to take them off and sometimes they still wouldn't budge🤣

They’re looking a bit better - just tried a normal nail polish remover.

I’m 10 days in now and the growth is showing but I reckon they still look good three nails are orange pinky.

I usually get to the 14 day point before growth is too obvious.
