In my 40s, I have just below shoulder length fairly straight hair which is thinner than it used to be. It will hold a bit of a wave if I try really hard. Greys peeking through at the front of my parting and around my face, plus in other bits.
Deathly pale complexion! I'm told my overall colour is ash, no warmth. I don't like blonde against my skin as it can make it look reddish. I've had bobs in the past which reveal my potato shaped face 🥔 so keen to keep length.
Mixture of highlights and lowlights, to try and blend in the grey as it slowly grows in, but I think this is looking brassy and generally nothing-y. I'd love to go full grey and natural, not keen on bleach for the impact on my hair... But need to do something.
Can anybody suggest what colours/effects/trends/styles might be worth a try? I've had the same hairdresser forever so feel we're both struck in a rut. Thanks!
