Shoes with suede insoles/footbed

Help! In the summer I wear sandals/flipflops with suede footbeds - as I find them so comfortable. In the winter I’m in boots, so all sorted.
My problem is the in-between bit. I need closed toed shoes - flat or wedged - that have suede insoles/comfortable footbeds - that I can wear without socks/tights etc. is there a manufacturer that I am missing? Open to slip on pumps/laced/trainer style etc. towards the casual end of things. Thanks.

Could you get suede insoles for putting in your shoes?

You can buy any closed toe shoe and get a fluffy insole to go in them. Can get the insole on Amazon.

Thanks folks. I have heard that Birkenstocks are hard to break in? But like the look of those Buckley ones.
I will get some of those insoles and try that anyway.

There is an Israeli shoe brand called Naot. Their shoes have suede innersoles and they are extremely comfortable, but not easy to track down. A local shoe shop, not sadly closed, used to stock them.
