How to style this dress?

I have a hankering for a yellow dress for a wedding in May. I've seen this (ebay) but what could I wear with it? I do have some cream / navy / tan strappy sandals which might work but I don't want to look too exposed around my neck /shoulders. Any ideas?? NB it's evening do only if that helps.

I definitely don't look like Kate Hudson!! 🤣 I wondered if a blazer might work, love the colour of that Zara one.
