Does the Dyson air wrap work on hair that resists curling?

Every curl falls out of my hair quickly and it’s naturally straight.

On my fine straight hair it is the best thing for creating swishy volume and waves. Curls last for a little while then drop, but the swishiness stays all day. I've found using gel on wet hair helps curls to stay a lot longer.

Nope. No tool will make hair that won't hold a curl, hold a curl. They are heat appliances not magic wands. Didn't stop me buying every possible rendition of curling appliance

My hairs defeated many a hairdresser and my poor granny who used to tie rags in it to get curls.

I can't hold a curl in clean hair, but day-2 day old hair is better. Then I've found the GHD skinny wand is amazing.
