Lots of nice ones at both Mango and Zara...obviously going to be a s/s 2023 trend!

Acessorize has some nice beach bags.

On the cheaper end of the scale Primark have some rafia/ straw bags in. I didn’t get an up close look but might be worth a quick look.

I was looking for something exactly the same. I've ordered this one from Sosander- I like the shape but ideally wanted tan leather trim. It's £50 ish but there's 20% off at the moment.

I saw a TikTok yesterday where the lady had a really lovely one from New Look. I think she said it was £19.99.

Are these bags really for the beach/holiday? I love the look but imagine it dissolving in the rain or all the contents getting soaked!

Judystill... I have a woven bag purchased from Banana Republic that I have used for my summer bad the last 3 years. It has held up really well. Have a look at the material when you purhase. The Reiss one is polypropalene, no straw or raffia involved. Some are made with natural grass fibres, some with paper-straw.

If you are going to use it as an occasional summer tote and don't expect it to last years, then go ahead and get a cheap and cheerful one.

I've always loved the look. I also find a top clasp, zip or magnetic closure good to have, so personals aren't falling out when it tips over!

@mdinbc there’s a fab one in Arket I had my eye on, but I ended up actually getting the leather version because I live in Scotland and figured it was a more practical (if more expensive) option. A cheap and cheerful tote for sunny days might just scratch the itch though.

I got this the other day in M&S. Specifically for a trip to Spain in a few weeks but it'll be a nice summer bag.

Mango have some nice ones in as well.

I like them but in the past have found that they can damage clothes when they rub against what you are wearing.
