At night. We're going on a Seabourn ship. I always jump at the chance to dress up and there are 2 formal nights, plus our Frank Keller grill night.
He's fine with a dinner suit for the formals but doesn't know what to wear on usual nights. Dress code says 'elegant jeans' are fine on a normal night but wtf are elegant jeans? He has selvedge jeans that are smart.
And what are slacks? Smart trousers?
