Best shower gel for spotty chest and back

DD(17) is getting super conscious now that the weather is changing. She's dreading wearing vests. Is there anything anyone could recommend for her to use as a shower gel? I'm pretty sure years ago, Neutragena had a body wash for spit prone skin, but I can't find it anywhere now.

I use La Roche Posay Effaclar Cleansing Gel. It’s for face but I use it on my acne-prone back as well. You only need a tiny bit so it lasts ages.

Acnecide does a skin wash (over the counter or doc can prescribe) which you leave on for a few mins. Just be careful as it bleaches towels (I bought some white towels!).

Acnicide you can get it in Tesco and boots.

My DD at a similar age found that a bar soap worked wonders.

Another vote for Effaclar cleanser and the Duo cream. Sorted my acne out for life.

Something with salicylic acid would help. CeraVe have a wash specifically for spots. Works well for my teen.

Also, I’m just wondering how effective a shower gel alone would be as it’s washed off pretty quickly? Maybe a spot treatment gel specifically for the body (just to get a larger size) would be good to use alongside.
