Just wondering if anyone has regular dealings with this company, as i am tempted to purchase a few items, but the reviews of the returns process and customer service are not great. Can anyone help?

I find them really helpful. I’ve had an item not turn up with me, and another which I’d returned didn’t make it back to them. I was refunded promptly both times.

I was quite irritated that an item which I posted within the correct time frame for returns but didn’t get to them was not refunded but instead I received vouchers.

That said I then mislaid the voucher email and they resent it to me within hours.

so mixed for me.

Thanks, interesting, i have read ALOT about them not receiving items! Seems slightly fishy it happens so much.

I’ve found the customer service to be fine, (I normally use the online chat function and they do respond) returns are ok too though not super quick.

I have had no issues at all with them - love their clothes and wish I could afford to buy more !
