Styling products for fine hair using an airwrap

I got a dyson airwrap & I really want mermaid/beach waves.

I've got the hang of how to create them but I need them to stay for longer than an hour.

I've got chest length fine hair which has never held a style well. Its also greasy & I wash it every morning.

I use Aussie heat protection spray but nothing else. I don't want anything that will leave my hair feeling gunky or greasy.

Can someone please recommend products I can use to keep the waves (& how to use them!). No budget in mind, they just need to work.

Thank you

I have fine hair but a lot of it so it isn't thin, just normal and bra strap length. You need to add texture to your hair as your hair is probably silky when you first wash it so a style will slide right out without product to hold it. I use L’Oréal Professionnel Tecni.ART Savage Panache which is a texturising spray, it will feel like you have added hairspray to your hair and it will thicken it.

I also use L'Oréal Professionnel TECNI.ART Pli Heat Activated Styling Spray as well as this is the product they use when they do mad hairstyles on models for hairdressing events. My dyson curls will last a good 10 hours using those two products.

You can see reviews of these on YouTube. I buy them through Amazon.

I returned mine as nothing would hold the curls in from a Dyson - unfortunately.

I tried a so many products, but within a hour they all dropped out.

Colour WOW Style on Steroids spray holds my curls, which normally drop out at the touch of a hat 🤔

Or drop of a hat 😆
