My weight has piled on in the last few years since having my last child (over 3 stone since 2019). I absolutely hate my fat jowly face and body at the moment - nothing fits and I absolutely hate looking the mirror I feel hideous. I’m starting a low carb boot camp on Monday but I’d like to buy myself something as an incentive to get started and look a little bit better while I’m waiting for the pounds to come off.

What would be the best in terms of impact - a new haircut? New make up? New underwear? A key piece of clothing? I’m 50. 5ft 10, and a size 20, f cup boobs.

Would like to look relaxed and comfortable but pulled together and I don’t really do skirts or heels.

If you're starting a boot camp after a while away from exercise I would suggest a good sports bra for starters. Not glamorous but essential and will make exercising much more comfortable.

Then maybe a haircut as well - nice bit of self-care but easily done and easily changed as your face changes with your upcoming weight loss. I wouldn't want to be spending too much on new clothes etc if you're hoping to change your shape.
