Fine dry fragile hair

I have mid length balayages brown hair. The balayage is over 18 months old and is well grown out now.

My fine hair is really fragile now and seems really dry.

The hairdresser did stresss test befor balyage and use wella magma instead of bleach.

Any solutions for this pleases. I'm sure it's snapping.

I use olaplex shampoo and conditioner and alternate with Kristen Ess the one and Hask oil.

What can I do to improve the condition.

I had my roots done and next time she is cutting the remaining blond off, doing Lob and balayage it all again!

It’s expensive but fully recommend Sisley Hair rituals 230 cream or the balm. Amazing!

I turned my fine hair around in terms of condition during lockdowns. This is what worked (not sure if all of them or some of them are the reason but I'm not swapping any of them out cos it's working!!!)

  1. No heat (let hair dry naturally, no straighteners)
  2. No colour
  3. Regular trims (during lockdown I had to do this!)
  4. A good shampoo. I found Olaplex too heavy for my fine hair. Kerastase, Bumble & Bumble and Philip Kingsley all do good moisturising shampoo and conditioners.
Silk pillowcase and silk hair ties. 5.Good quality oil - I use Olaplex and leave in hair conditioner - I use the overnight one by Kerastase.
  1. Good multi vitamin

Took a lot of effort but it worked !
