Please help me find some wedding shoes (getting married in 2 weeks)

Hi, I'm getting married in 2 weeks and really need some help with my shoes. I bought a pair but they're not comfy at all so I need to panic buy another pair.

Pic of dress attached. I've no idea of which colours would go with this really!

Only requirements are small heel (preferably not too thin) but also don't want anything too work like and I need a wide fit.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?
