Was looking into corsets the other day and apparently vollers corsets are really good, need to get one 2-6 inches smaller than waist size.

Took DD1 to Urban Outfitters yesterday and they ad rows of frilly knickers in all the colours of the rainbow; ones with flounces on the bum and all sorts.

Needless to say, we did not buy - but they sound just right for what you describe!
