Wedding Guest Dress for big bust and arms

Big family wedding in the summer and looking for a dress. Between lockdown and having babies it's been a LONG time since I've had a proper occasion to dress up for and don't know where to start. I've put on some weight caused by the above events so feeling a bit self conscious. I'm mid thirties and inverted triangle shape. Big boobs and very conscious about the tops of my arms. I'm a dress size smaller on my lower half with a none existent bum. Size 14/16 top and 12 bottom. Any advise on particular dresses or styles?

I actually posted a thread about it the other day, but I'm similar with a bigger bust and shoulders relative to the rest of me and I got the Ghost Meryl dress and cut the shoulder pads out (they're really easy to remove) and it works great.
